Stays
A stay is a value assigned to each guest. It holds information such as check in and check out date and time, stay reservation id, and assigned room.
How to edit and use stays
Step 1: Locate the Stays tab
From the left side menu, choose the Guests tab. A window will display with three options: Guests, Stays, and Combined users. Select the Stays tab.
The stay will have the same name as your main guest. Select the stay you wish to edit. If you cant’t see the guest name you are looking for it means that the guest wasn’t checked in yet. Check in the guest before returning to this tab: Guests
General information
In the general information tab you can change:
Stay status
Stay name
Number of guests connected to the stay
check in data
check out data
Welcome message (displayed in the profile settings section)
Details
In the details section you will find a Stay reservation ID. This is a very important piece of information that needs to be forwarded to your guests if you are using the downloadable Nevron app.
Shown below is a process of adding a stay using a stay ID that the guest receives from the property.
Zones
You can assign a room to the stay using the “Zones” section.
Types
For easier organization, you can use the type option on the right side to classify the stay as a specific type. For example: single, couple, family…
Always save your changes: Once you've finalized the details, click on the "Save" button to apply and save all of your changes.
