The My mood module gives guests the option to submit feedback. The module is automated to appear periodically while guests are using the app. The module can also be displayed on the dashboard and accessed manually.

Guests can choose between 4 levels of satisfaction and submit their feedback. In case of positive feedback, a sharing screen will appear. In case of negative feedback, a message field will appear that allows guests to communicate their frustrations.

After submitting a feedback form, a notification email will be sent to the hotel’s email of choice.

 

 

 

 

Configuring My mood

To properly set up the My mood module you need to type in the correct email in the Staff email field. You can choose multiple and separate them with a comma.

Reviewing the checked-in guests

A notification will be sent to all the addresses listed in the staff email field.

Always save your changes: Once you've finalized the details, click on the "Save" button to apply and save all of your changes.
