Editing item title

You can edit the item title at any time by double-clicking the text in the “Title” column and item row.

Editing main image

Step 1: Prepare the image
We suggest using a 1280 x 720 px image no bigger than 500kb.

Optimal would be for main image: landscape: 640 x 360px / portrait: 360 x 640px

Optimal for the full screen section in the item would be 1280x720px, 72 dpi or 1920x1080px if TV permits.

Step 2: Upload your image

Upload your image by clicking the “Uploads” button. A popup window will open where you can drag and drop your image or click the “+Add files” button to select files from file explorer.

Step 3: Select the image
Double-click the “Main image” column field in your item row and select the correct image from the dropdown.

Step 4: Save your progress
It is saved automatically when you go out of editing mode. If you want to check immediately on the devices, you need to click the “Refresh devices” button in the top menu and wait for the loading animation to stop. The content will be updated in your devices in 5 minutes. To manually refresh the STB, press home on the remote control button five times.

Editing the item description

Step 1: Open the description editor
Click the Edit button in the “Description” column in the row of your item. A text editor popup will appear.

Step 2: Add an item description
You can add plain text and format it using the style bar at the top of the popup. You can also insert images in the text or add variables like gust names, room location or similar.

Step 3: Save

Press the button save at the bottom of the pop-up to save the changes.

Editing the item gallery

Step 1: Prepare the images
We suggest using a 1920 x 1080 px image no bigger than 700kb or 1280x720px. Depends on what your TV can handle.

Step 2: Upload your images

Upload your image by clicking the “Uploads” button. A popup window will open where you can drag and drop your images or click the “+Add files” button to select files from file explorer.

Step 3: Select the images
Click the “Other images” column field in your item row. A popup will appear allowing you to select images in the list on the left. Select the image and click the “Add selected” button to add your images to the gallery section. Please keep in mind that the images will display according to their upload order.

Step 4: Save your progress
Click the “Refresh devices” button in the top menu and wait for the loading animation to stop. The content will be updated in your devices in 5 to 10 minutes. To manually refresh the STB, press home on the remote control button five times.

Changing item and category order

You can change the item and category order by imputing the desired numbers next to the elements in the “Sort ID” column.

Adding a video to an item

Each item can have a video assigned to it. Make sure the video is uploaded before assigning it. To upload a video, follow the steps in this article: Adding videos on demand

To add a video, select it from the “Video - content” column in the row of your item.

Open

The video will be displayed as the first item in the gallery section.

Direct show

Each item has the option to select a direct show action. This will skip the item details screen and open the desired window instantly. You can choose to show description, image gallery, images and video or video only.
